[*]File size must be under 100 kB. Smaller is best (< 30 kB recommended).
[*]No links that give you "rewards" or rating points from member's clicks.
[*]No offensive content (swearing, adult links, annoying flashing animations, etc), or links to harmful programs or pranks.
[*]No images showing the other user's IP Address, service provider, operating system, etc.
[*]No links that log users out of the forum.
