PocketWeather 2.3.1 RC4 is a quick bug-fix to RC3 to fix non-USA locations having their Latitude's being reset back to 1.0.
[b]Changes to PocketWeather 2.3.1 RC4 (Build 4785):[/b]
* Added additional power state reporting
* Fixed automatically working out location's latitude/longitude - the feed does not like non-USA locations, so was returning empty result which was being interpreted as a valid position.
* SmartPhone Homescreen - improved critical section protection when loading of notification events
