Posting Contents Rules

• Posting with contents of personal attack, revilement, provocation is prohibited.
  
• Posting with contents of sexual orientation is prohibited.
  
• Posting contents that are of a Spamming/ Meaningless and Advertise nature are prohibited.
  
• No multi-posting.
  
• We do not encourage users to push/ reply to threads that are more than 30 days or  1 month old as this will alter the normal communication flow of the forum.
  
• Many topics have already been covered & discussed in many threads. Please use the SEARCH function before posting a question/ reply or new thread.
  

Member Management Rules

• Members have the rights to monitor/criticize/report any illegal post's contents.
  
• Members can suggest or complain to the Admin/Website Team if they have any grievances.
  
• Members' complaint/suggestion can only be accepted when posted in the "Complaints" section.
  
• For complaints of illegal posts, the Admin/Website Team will handle it after investigation. All complaints must be accompanied with details of what happened.
  
• For those who are not satisfied with how the issue is being handled, they can go to the section of "Complaints" or contact the Admin/Website Team by private messages on the handling of the complaint.
  
• For the members who made the illegal post, we will not hesitate to penalize them

Action on  Wrong Posting or Other Illegal  Activities

In case of any illegal activities, members may be punished in the following ways :

• Lock or delete the illegal post
  
• Warn the illegal poster
  
• Deduct the Money and Experience
  
• Ban / block the illegal poster userid or IP in temporarily or in permanently
  

Way of Handling of illegal post

• Admin team will handle the illegal posting by considering on severity of cases as below:
  
• Admin team will give a second chance for new members who have made the mistakes for the first time.
  
• Other than new member,  who have made the mistakes and have a valid reason  such as  system or network failure causing double posting.
  
  If member repeated to violate the forum’s rules,  Forum Admin Team will trace the source and ban the user/ IP address permanently.
  
  If the offender is not pleased with the final judgment, he must go to the correct channel to voice out.
  

Rewarding Member and Credit setting

The following explains how points are awarded or deducted:

• New thread:
  +1 EXP(Expereince) point
  +10 money points
  
  
• New post/reply:
  +1 prestige point
  +10 money points
  
  
• New digest:
  +20 prestige points
  +20 money points
  
  DELETING:
  
• Thread:
  -1 EXP(Expereince) point
  -10 money points
  
  
• Post/Reply:
  -1 prestige points (was -2)
  -10 money points (was -10)
  
  
• Cancel digest:
  -20 prestige points (was -20)
  -20 money points (was -20)
  

Member's level is based on the number of EXP( Experience) points obtained as below:

• Criminal                                        < 0
  
• New Member                                  50
  
• Intermediate Member                  1000
  
• Senior Member                            2000
  
• Silver Member                              5000
  
• Gold Member                              10000
  
• Jade Member                              30000
  
• Diamond Member                        50000
  

General Guidelines to determine Spam/Meaningless/Advertise posts.

Prohibited Content as below:

• Violate the general forum manage rules
  
• Contain harmful content that threatens nation security.
  
• Tarnish the nation’s reputation or usage of pictures that tamper the national symbol and the national leader.
  
• Instigate the national hatred, ethnic discrimination or destruct the nation’s unity.
  
• Destruct the country religion policy, publicize of cults and the feudal superstition.
  
• Spread rumors that harass the social order and destruct the social stability.
  
• Spread/ Share obscene, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigate the crime.
  
• Insult or slander other people; violating other people's legitimate rights and interests.
  
• Contents that violate legal and administrative law
  
• Contents that are involved in or concerning sensitive kind of political.
  

Spam Post

• Posting on multiple threads with the same content.
  
• Posting of contents irrelative with the main thread, only make conversation within a thread.
  

Meaningless Post re prohibited as below:

• Post on multiple sections repeatedly with the same content.
  
• Post with unknown/nonsense title.
  
• Repeated posts on the same thread.
  
• Post with empty content or test only post.
  
• Post with pictures irrelative to text contents or text contents irrelative to pictures.
  

Advertisement posts are prohibited as below:

• Links which cheat for "click point".
  
• Links with the purpose of advertising only.
  
• Links with the purpose of mainly "money earning" no matter for whom.
  
• Link that is not healthy and against the rules of the forum.
  

We will do cleanups of inactive users periodically. We will remove user id as reason stated as below:

• Members who have not been logged-in over a year.
  
• New members who have not been logged-in over half year.
  
• Members who have less than 1 hour online time with the forum for 3 months after registration.
