想法：

1．                    因为山上有路有电，空气清新，周边山岚迭起，景致不错，可以在山上建造精致实用的小木屋，面积不大，占地面积在20平方米左右，小木屋周围整理出一定的面积供木屋的主人用在真实版的QQ农场，木屋和农场其用作为有钱人或高级白领、政府官员等休假度假之用。木屋可卖可买，可租。若有人愿意花上几千元购买二十年等一定期限的木屋和农场，就可筹钱构建，可根据客户的需求构建，但双方需签订合同来维护双方的权益。

2．                    客户花钱购买此木屋后，木屋有闲时，可以商议用作森林酒店、宾馆、住宿等出租或商用。双方利益分成可通过商议制定协议。前提是客户木屋闲暇，客户同意才可。

3．                    木屋前后规划一些土地供小木屋的主人使用，可做成真实版的QQ农场，并且周围建设一些天然养殖的鸡、鸭、鹅、山羊等家畜的牧场，供人们再次感受真实版的QQ牧场，还可用这些天然家畜做烧烤，风味小吃供人们品尝自然之味。山中当然少不了一些休闲娱乐的健身设备，另设游泳池、台球室等。

4．                    如果有客户想建造自己想要的风格的话，客户可也购买一定期限的土地自己开发或者我们待开发。

如果有意购买者或者感兴趣者，可以通过电话、QQ联系在面议。双方必须签订合同或者协议。我们可以通过在淘宝网上开店卖此木屋和一定期限的土地，客户可以通过淘宝拍卖我们的木屋等通过支付宝付款或者现金，这样可以避免双方毁约等欺骗行为。
